FULL RENOVATION
Apartments in Dubai Marina built 12−15 years ago often require a complete update, and this project became a vivid example of how an outdated layout can be transformed into a modern, warm, and comfortable living space.
We began with the renovation of the guest bathroom — a gift from a husband to his wife while she was away. The result exceeded expectations: the family was so impressed by the quality and level of detail that they entrusted us with the full renovation of the entire apartment.
We developed a comprehensive design project and, while the clients were away on their summer holidays, carried out a full turnkey renovation. By the time they returned, the apartment had been completely transformed — bright, modern, and highly functional.
The project received very warm feedback and became, for us, a clear example of how client trust turns into a beautiful result.
