APARTMENT FOR RENT
This project was carried out in a relationship of complete trust with the client. The task was to create an interior for long-term rental in an area where apartments can remain vacant for months. Our goal was to make the property stand out from typical rental options by giving it a distinctive parisienne character — light, cosy, and effortlessly elegant.
A full renovation was not required. We used cost-effective solutions to refresh the kitchen, added visual depth through decorative mouldings, and selected beautiful, characterful furniture to elevate the space.
The result exceeded expectations: the apartment received numerous positive responses and was rented out in the shortest possible time.
